Cherry Picking turns 25 this year - which means it’s due for a quarter-life crisis. What advice would you give to your past or future 25 year old self, or to Cherry Picking right now?

I would say to my future 25 year old self to just keep trying to love it all. That loving where you are and who you’re around is always the goal.

It’s our Silver Anniversary this year – if you had your own metal band what would you call it?

Diphtheria Blue.

Tell us about the last time you tried something brand new?

I tried coffee from Pret a Manger recently and it wasn’t my favorite, however I also recently tried a maple latte from Elsewhere Espresso and that was incredible.

If Cherry Picking were a cocktail (or mocktail), what would be in it?

2 oz of amaretto 

1 oz of sour mix (homemade not the stuff that looks like highlighter fluid)

.5 oz of dark cherry syrup

.5 oz of egg white

A couple dashes of cherry bitters

Dry shake then add ice, shake and strain into a coupe glass, or rocks glass if you want ice.

Garnish with a lemon and a cherry!
